I've characterised our current concepts of 'skills' as 1-dimensional and not fit for purpose in the ever changing dynamic world of today. I initially proposed the new idea of static and dynamic components of situation and disposition. Using this as a basis and then working with a terrific group of like minded colleagues, the full new concept Dynamic Development approach was born.
